Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, password hash, addresses, and shop profile if you sell.
• Order data: items, addresses, payment status, returns, reviews, and messages between buyers and sellers.
• Listing data: shop profiles, product listings, images, descriptions, prices, inventory, and seller verification materials you submit.
• Device data: IP address, browser type, requested page, referrer, language, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember cart contents.
• Support data: emails and chats you send to contact@valiep.com or to our support agent.

How we use it

• To run checkout, payouts, shops, listings, and seller tools.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and keep the marketplace safe.
• To send order and account messages. Marketing email is optional and you can unsubscribe.

Marketplace transactions and public content

We share what a seller needs to fulfill an order (name, shipping address, and item details). Seller shop profiles, product listings, ratings, and reviews intended for publication may be visible to the public. Do not place private information in public listing fields.

We share payment data with the payment processor you use at checkout. We use hosting, security, analytics, communications, support, advertising, and other providers that help operate the site. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Version 6 LLC, buyers, or sellers.
